Chocolaty Malai Laddu | Chocolate Paneer ladoo

3 Layered ladoo/sweet balls made with panner(Cottage cheese), chocolate and M&M Candy

I gave a brave attempt to make this Chocolaty Malai Ladoo specially for Bal Ganesha for Ganesh Chaturthi. It came out well, appealing  and also tasted scrumptious. This Ladoo definitely makes your and kids mouth water INSTANTLY. My son who tasted for the first became huge fan for this ladoos and he named it as chocolate ladoo. The more interesting part is hidden treasure of colorful M&M gems inside each ladoo, so kids will enjoy eating as well. The cake sprinkles jeweled the ladoo, that might attract everyone to tryout. Try this easy recipe of special paneer chocolate ladoo with all easy available ingredients.

    Note:

    • If you are using frozen panner soak it in boiling water for 15 mins, strain water and a quick single churn to crumble it..though fresh panner gives best result in this ladoo.
    • Instead of chocolate color add beetroot puree for pink color or add saffron for yellow color.
    • you can feel inside mixture of mixed fried fruit.
    • Coat ladoos with dessicated coconut or powdered nuts.
