Mixed Fruit Raita | How to make mixed fruits dessert with yogurt ~ Kids Friendly Recipe

Yogurt Based Dip prepared with Mixed Fruits.


Healthy and yummilicious mixed fruit raita is quick and easy to make. Its super easy to make and ideal for potluck or kids party.  One bowl of this healthy  yogurt -based fruits makes an amazing dessert.  Simply prepare with the available fruits in your pantry and toss it up with your choice of dressing.

Preparation Time : Under 15 minutes

YIELD : 4 servings

Ingredients:

Apple - 1 (Cut it into small cubes)
Banana - 1 (select semi ripe banana and cut it into small cubes)
Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup
Fresh thick Yogurt/Curd - 1 cup(Recipe link)
Salt as per taste(1/2 tsp)
Powdered sugar - 1/2 tsp (Optional)
Chat Masala -1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Beat the thick curd and add in salt, sugar and chat masala.
  2. Stir it well and throw all fruits. Mix it well and keep it in fridge for 10 minutes to chill.
  3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
  4. Healthy and delicious mixed fruit raita is ready to serve.  

Note:

Use low fat yogurt for healthier version.
Add mangoes and pineapple in a season to make it more delicious and tasty.
