Thai Fried rice also known as Khao Phad Goong Moo in Thailand is a very famous Thai dish. I referred many site to prepare this and altered the taste according to me and prepared it. This came out well. Make this thai fried rice following these simple steps.
Chicken Sausage - 3
Prawns - 250 gms (Deshelled and deveined)
Frozen peas - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 3 cloves
Red chilli - 1 (chop finely)
Egg - 1
Salt - as per taste
For sauce:
Oil - 1 tbsp.
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp.
Lime juice - 1 tbsp.
Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp.

YIELD – 3 SERVINGS
Ingredients:
Thai Fragrant Rice - 1 cupChicken Sausage - 3
Prawns - 250 gms (Deshelled and deveined)
Frozen peas - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 3 cloves
Red chilli - 1 (chop finely)
Egg - 1
Salt - as per taste
For sauce:
Oil - 1 tbsp.
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp.
Lime juice - 1 tbsp.
Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp.
Method:
- Cook the rice with required salt and water. Spread out, break any lumps present and place it in the refrigerator opened.
- Clean the prawns well.
- Pan fry the sausages for about 3 minutes frequently turning it sides to avoid it burning and dice it.
- Chop the garlic finely.
- Combine all the ingredients for sauce except oil and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, red chilli and stir well.
- Add the prawns, chicken sausage and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Shift it to a small bowl.
- In the same pan crack an egg and stir fry to scramble it.
- Add the shifted ingredients in the bawl again.
- Add the rice, peas and mix well.
- Sprinkle the sauce prepared all over the rice and toss it well over high flame.
- Be careful not to burn the rice.
- Add salt and Stir until all combines well.
- Add salt as required.
NOTE:
- The color of the thai fried rice varies according to the sauce you use.
- Chicken sausage can also be substituted with 100 grams of boneless chicken that has to be chopped to very small pieces.
