Sizzle up any

Carrot - 1 no. cut inot wedges
Baby corn - 1/2 cup 1" long sliced
Broccoli - 1/2 cup florets
Capsicum - 1 cup cut into wedges
Onion - 1 big size chopped
Garlic - 1 tbsp finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Light soya sauce - 1 tsp
Adjust schezwan sauce as per your taste.

Ingredients:
Schezwan Sauce - 1 cup (check recipe here)Carrot - 1 no. cut inot wedges

Light soya sauce - 1 tsp
Method:

- Parboiled all the vegetables (carrot, capsicum, broccoli, baby corn).
- Heat the oil in a pan and add garlic and onion. Saute until golden brown.
- Add all the vegetables along with salt.
- Add schezwan sauce, soya sauce, cornflour mixture(mix corn flour in a 1/4 cup of water), and sugar.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Schezwan vegetables are ready to serve with fried rice or hakka noddles.
Note:
Select your choice of vegetables according to your desire.Adjust schezwan sauce as per your taste.
