Lets look out for an easy to make snacks with puffed rice. This will be a perfect snack for a rainy day. The smell while cooking will invite your family members to the kitchen. When I was a kid I ask my mom to make this snack often. Make this kara pori or garam pori to enjoy your snacks on a holiday evening for a movie.
Garlic - 5 cloves (Do not peel it preferably)
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 tsp.

YIELD – 3 SERVINGS
Ingredients:
Puffed Rice - 5 cupsGarlic - 5 cloves (Do not peel it preferably)
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 tsp.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the curry leaves and garlic pods and saute.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add the puffed rice and saute until all the spice powders are well mixed with the puffed rice.
- Put off the stove and serve hot. Isn't it so easy to make.
