Banana Sandwich

Recently I was reading a recipe blog posted by a blogger buddy, and to my surprise my son came to me and looking at the pictures he asked me to make same sandwich for him....On his request I tried this sandwich and it came out really yummy and we both enjoyed it very much.  Now every other day my son ask me to make it for him..I followed recipe from Follow Foodie with little changes in it. Try this easy and healthy banana sandwich a perfect healthy breakfast for your kids.

Banana Sandwich

YIELD – 4 sandwiches

Ingredients:

Bread Slices - 4 nos. (I used wholemeal bread)
Butter - 2 tbsp
Banana - 2 nos.
Salt  - a pinch
Cinnamon powder - a pinch
Chat masala - a pinch
Honey - 2 tsp
Banana Sandwich

Method:

  1. Apply butter and honey on all the slices.
  2. Slice and arrange banana in 2 breads. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, cinnamon powder and chat masala on banana.
  3. Cover the samdwiches with other 2 breads by placing it on banana.
  4. Toast the sandwiches in a toaster (can also toast in griddle with butter until golden brown on both the sides.)
  5. Sandwich is ready to serve. A perfect healthy breakfast for your kids

Be careful that u dont add more water, if like that it will be difficult to work on it. You will get it soft without adding curd n eggs.
