Toast With Creamango

Fresh mango inside toast along with cream and honey , doesn't it sounds great?? Relish your taste bud with this scrumptious delight. This can be served as dessert, best to have chilled. This is very simple and quick to prepare dish.
Toast With Creamango

YIELD – 3 Servings

Ingredients:

Bread Slice-6
Mango-1
Fresh Cream-1 1/2 cup
Honey- 1 1/2 tbsp
Pista-1 tbsp Crushed
Lemon Juice-1/2 tsp
Butter/Ghee-1 1/2 tbsp
Honey for topping
Toast With Creamango

Method:

  1. Cut edges of the bread and carve out circular disc shape from each bread.
  2. Heat a fry pan. Add a tbsp of ghee or butter and toss the bread disc on both sides till crisp. Do repeat same step for all the breads.
  3. Mix cream with lemon juice, honey and chill it.
  4. Cut and make circular slices of mango. Apply little honey,cream on all the slices(only on one side).
  5. Make sandwiches using mango slice in between the breads.
  6. Arrange on the serving plate and spread the chilled cream on top.
  7. Garnish with crushed pista and decorate with strawberry crush.
  8. Serve chilled for best result.

Note:

You can also try chocolate syrup,strawberry crush for topping. For variation replace mango with apple, papaya for different style.
