Spinach Mini Poori

Pooris are always an all time favorite food among kids, make this poori with little variation by adding spinach and surprise your kids with this colorful poori for their meal.
Spinach Mini Poori


YIELD – 20-25 mini poori

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour - 1cup
Spinach - Handful
Green Chilli Paste - 1tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Water as required to prepare dough
Oil for deep fry

Method:

  1. Wash and soak spinach in hot boiled water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Drain the spinach and grind into paste using blender.
  3. In a bowl combine wheat flour, salt, tsp of oil, spinach paste and mix well to make firm dough  (add water if required).
  4. Roll out the poori to desired shapes and deep fry.
  5. Serve hot yummy crispy poori with Fresh Grapes Chutney

NOTE:

Try to avoid dusting flour while rolling  pooris as this will help pooris  to consume very less oil.
