Rice Flour Cake

Cakes are all time favorite for everyone. But when it comes to cook at home, it needs expertize, dedicated time and lot of efforts. This Rice Flour cake is very easy and quick to prepare at home when you are craving for it.
Rice Flour Cake

Ingredients:

Rice Flour - 1 cup
Mix Dry Fruit Powder - 1 tbsp (Cashew, Almond, Pistachio)
Raisins - 1 tsp
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Milkmaid - 2 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Fruit Salt - a pinch
Chocolate chips and sugar vermicelli for garnishing

Method:

  1. Mix jaggery with 1/2 cup of water and prepare a syrup.
  2. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients along with jaggery syrup. adjust milkmaid according to your desired sweetness. Mix them well.
  3. Add water to prepare a thick batter and stir the batter in one direction for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour this batter on greased microwave safe place.
  5. Cook in microwave on high power for 5 minutes. Check with the fork, if not cooked well cook gain for 2 minutes. Once done cool it down for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chocolate chips and sugar vermicelli.
  7. Serve warm.
