Mango Sago Pudding

Mango Sago Pudding is perfect to beat this summer and welcome the Mango season. Its very quick and easy to make with yummy and delicious taste.
Mango Sago Pudding
 YIELD – 2 servings

Ingredients:

Ripe Mango - 1 big size.
Sago - 1/2 cup
Milkmaid - 2 tbsp
Powder Sugar - 2 tbsp (adjust according to your taste)

Method:

  1. Soak the sago for half hour. Wash it in running cold water and remove the starch from  it.
  2. Cook the sago in required water for 3 minutes until they are translucent. Remove excess water and let it cool down for 15 mins.
  3. Peel and chop the Mango. Take out 1/4 chunks for garnishing.
  4. Make puree of remaining mango. Add sugar and milkmaid in it. Mix well.
  5. Add Sago in that mix it carefully. Keep it in refrigerator to chill down.
  6. While serving add mango chunks in it. Serve chilled.
