Mango Lassi

"Lassi" a yogurt drink is a traditional drink of North India and worldwide famous. Mango Lassi is one of the rich variation of very delicious Lassi. Yougurt and Mango both are very good for cooling the heat so a perfect drink for summer. 
Mango Lassi
 Preparation Time : 10 Minutes
 Yield : 2 glasses

Ingredients:

Ripe Mango - 1 medium size
Fresh Curd - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 tbsp (adjust according to your taste)

Method:

  1. Peel the mango and chop it roughly.
  2. Blend all the ingredients along with chopped mango in a blender. Add cold water as required.
  3. Pour this drink into serving glass. Serve chilled.
