Chinese Broccoli Saute

This is a low calorie dish that can be taken as a salad or can be had as a condiment for any fried rice or chinese main course. I referred to this recipe in an article long back and wanted to try this for long and it turned out well. Make this low calorie dish in minutes following the recipe.

Chinese Broccoli Saute
 

YIELD –3 SERVINGS

Ingredients:

Broccoli - 1 cup
Red Capsicum - 1
Brussels sprout - 4
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp.
Salt - as required
Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp.
Olive oil - 1 tsp. 

Method:

  1. Steam brussels sprout in a steamer with required salt.
  2. Chop broccoli and capsicum to slices.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and season it with sesame seeds.
  4. Add broccoli, red capsicum, brussels sprout and soya sauce to it. 
  5. Saute until everything is half cooked.
  6. Serve hot.

Note:

  • If you don't find brussels sprout you can substitute with 1 cup cabbage.
