Bread Omelet

Bread omelet is an easy to prepare breakfast. It is a filling breakfast too. This can also be served for evening snacks when your kids are back from school. Make this in a jiffy and enjoy it.


Bread Omelet


YIELD –1 SERVING

Ingredients:

Multi Grain or Whole Grain bread -1
Eggs -2
Pepper - to taste
Salt - as per taste

Method:

  1. Beat the egg with pepper and salt.
  2. Pour it on a hot flat griddle to make a big omelet that can cover a bread.
  3. Place the bread in the center and fold the edges of the omelet to cover the bread .
  4. Flip the bread to cook it on the other side.
  5. This can be served with a health drink or a juice to make a complete breakfast.

  NOTE: 

  • If you feel that 2 eggs will be heavy just use one, especially for kids.
