All Purpose Garlic Chutney

YIELD – 1 cup

Ingredients:

Garlic - 1 cup
Chili Powder - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 2-3 drops

Method:

  1. Grind coarsely Garlic in a mixer. 
  2. Add chili powder salt and 2 3 drops of oil in it. Grind again for few minutes until all ingredients blind well with each other and make a smooth thick paste. Add few more drops of oil if required but don't add water.
  3. Remove from mixer jar and store it in a air tight container.
  4. It will last in refrigerator for 1 month. 

Use: 

  1. Mix  1/4 tsp of chutney with salt and 1/2 cup of water. Hot spicy chutney is ready to pour over any kind of Chats and Pakoda.
  2. Mix chickpeas size of chutney with 1/2 cup of curd and salt; it is ready to serve with any kind of stuffed Paratha or Chillas.
  3. Mix chickpeas size of chutney with 2 tbsp of oiland salt. It is ready to serve with hot Gujarati Dhokla and Muthia. 
  4. Simply add in curries recipes where they call garlic and chilli powder. It enhance the amazing flavor of the curry. 
  5. Serve a 1/4 tsp of chutney just like that in a complete thali specially for spicy food lovers.
