Butter – 2 tbspn
Maidha or white flour – 2 tbspn
Salt – ½ tspn (if the butter is salted ¼ tspn)
Milk – 1 cup
- Heat butter over low flame until it melts
- Add flour and cook over low flame until flour rawness disappears (approx. 4 to 5mins) over low flame
- Add salt, milk and cook until it thickens and softens. The consistency should be semi solid.
Constant stirring is required.
