White Sauce

White sauce is basic for many receipes.This white sauce will suit good for bread,pizza,wraps,burittos,pasta,bake dish etc..... Learn how to make the easier version.

White Sauce


Ingredients:
Butter – 2 tbspn
Maidha or white flour – 2 tbspn
Salt – ½ tspn (if the butter is salted ¼ tspn)
Milk – 1 cup

Method:
  1. Heat butter over low flame until it melts
  2. Add flour and cook over low flame until flour rawness disappears (approx. 4 to 5mins) over low flame
  3. Add salt, milk and cook until it thickens and softens. The consistency should be semi solid.

Note:
Constant stirring is required.
