Tangy Beetroot Soup

This Red Tangy Beetroot Soup will help your red blood to purify. Either serve it as a hot soup or serve it as chilled drink.
Tangy Beetroot Soup

YIELD –3 servings

Ingredients:

Beetroot - 1/2 small roughly chopped
Carrot- 1 roughly chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder as per taste
Sugar as per taste
Lime juice as per taste
Olive oil few drops (Optional)

Method:

  1. Boil beetroot, carrot and tomato. 
  2. Once cooked blend it well with blender until smooth paste.
  3. Heat the oil in saucepan  and add above prepared paste into it.
  4. Add salt, pepper and sugar. Add water as required.
  5. Cook for few minutes until few boils.
  6. Garnish with Coriander and serve hot.

NOTE: If you wish you can serve this combination as a drink too. While blending add some ice, salt pepper n sugar and your drink is ready.
