Quick Rava Roti

Rava Roti is made from semolina/suji. Whenever I find no time to cook, I opt for this dish as it is quick and easy to make. This can be served as a breakfast food and guest food sometimes. Make this instant rava roti and serve with Sambhar/Chutney.
Quick Rava Roti

YIELD – 5-6Roti

Ingredients:

Rava/Suji-1cup
Curd-1/4cup
Onion-1 large chopped
Curry Leaves-1tbsp chopped
Cumin Seeds-1tsp
Green Chilli-1tbsp chopped
Asefatodia-1/4tsp

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add water as required to make a thick batter and set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat griddle/flat pan apply oil pour in the laddle of batter from center and continue rotating till small circular disc.
  4. Drizzle little oil over the surface of the rava roti.
  5. Cook on slow medium flame and flip it over other side cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot Quick Rava Roti with Instant Garlic Pickle..

NOTE:

If you prefer adding grated carrot,cilantro chops proceed with as this will enhance flavor.
