Mint Chutney

Mint Chutney is most popular chutney for chats and usually served with all kinds of starters. Make this easy chatpaty chutney and enjoy with pakodas or kebabs or simply pour over your favorite chat.
Mint Chutney

YIELD –1 cup

Ingredients:

Mint Leaves - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Green chili - 2 small
Garlic - 2-3 pods
Ginger - 1 small piece
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Lemon juice- 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Clean mint and Coriander leaves 
  2. Add all the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend it well until a smooth paste. Add water if required.
  4. Store in  a air tight container and keep it refrigerated. (Consume it within 2 days if refrigerated.)
