Instant Garlic Pickle

Garlic is crushed and blended well with red chili and salt using oil.This can be served as a instant pickle with any of your favorite dish. In spite of garlic's bad odor it has got many medicinal value. Garlic is most effective when crushed or chopped  and when raw. One clove a day will improve health and 2-3 cloves will help prevent a cold.Use garlic at the last 10 minutes of cooking to get its full benefit of eating.  
Instant Garlic Pickle


YIELD – 3 Servings

Ingredients:

Garlic-5 cloves crushed
Red Chili Powder-1tbsp
Salt-1 1/2 tsp
Oil as needed

Method:

  1. Peel and crush garlic cloves using garlic crusher.
  2. Place Red chilli powder,salt and crushed garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Add sufficient amount of oil and mix well.
  4. Store it a container and use whenever you need.
  5. This can be used as spice masala for preparing Curries.

NOTE:

As we are well aware  of the famous proverb "Too much of anything is good for nothing". Keep this in mind and intake garlic.
