Garlic Chili Sauce

Another excellent hot sauce from Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. This excellent sauce will surely satisfy all the spicy lovers. Garlic Chili Sauce is made to spice up your taste buds and make you snacks more enjoyable. This is really a very hot sauce so beware!


Garlic Chili Sauce

YIELD – 1Small cup

Ingredients:


Garlic flakes-5chopped
Dry Red chilli-5(soak in warm water)
Vinegar-little amount
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar-1/2 tsp


Method:

  1. Soak dry red chili in warm hot for half an hour.
  2. Peel about five garlic and discard the outer skin and keep.
  3. Place all the ingredients in the spice blender and prepare sauce.
  4. Store it in a container and refrigerate the sauce and this will last good for months.
  5. Use Garlic Chili Sauce for recipes as sauce, dilute it and add as a topping, use as a spice paste for curry preparation etc....
