YIELD –2 SERVINGS

Ingredients:

Dry ginger - 2 inch piece
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp.
Peppercorn - 1/4 tsp.
Palmyra sugar - 2 tsp.
Water - 250 ml

Method:

  1. Crush dry ginger, coriander seeds and peppercorn.
  2. Add water to the crushed ingredients.
  3. In a vessel heat the mixture. Let it boil for about 10 minutes.
  4. Filter the juice . Add palmyra sugar. Serve hot.
